Removing display panel

1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the:
   1. base cover
   2. battery
   3. WLAN card
   4. WWAN card (optional)
   5. display hinge cover
   6. display assembly
   7. display bezel
3. Remove the four M2x3 screws that secure the display panel to the display assembly [1] and lift to turn over the display panel to access the display cable [2].
   
4. To remove the display panel:
   1. Peel the conductive tape [1].
   2. Remove the adhesive strip that secures the display cable [2].
   3. Lift the latch and disconnect the display cable from the connector on the display panel [3] [4].
